KYZIKOC Youthful head of the eponymous hero Kyzikos to right, wearing tainia. Rev. ΚYΖΙΚΗΝΩΝ ΝЄΟΚΟΡΩ Eros standing facing, holding arrow in his right hand and resting his left on filleted column. Plankenhorn, Mysien, p. 85, 43 (this coin). RPC IV.2 online 530. SNG Paris -. SNG von Aulock 1247. Von Fritze III 6d. Very rare and with a wonderful rendering of Eros on the reverse. Very minor traces of corrosion on the obverse, otherwise, very fine.
